Are there any per-client or per-case fees?
No. You pay one monthly subscription. We do not charge per client or per case.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like; access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout.
What is the difference between Sole Trader and Solo Pro?
Sole Trader (£49/mo) includes the case pipeline, client portal, documents, forms, and audit trail. Solo Pro (£89/mo) adds e-signatures, retention emails, the performance dashboard, and AI tools. Choose Solo Pro if you want those extras without paying for extra team seats.
What happens if I need more than 3 team members on the Firm plan?
Each Owner, Adviser, or Administrator uses one seat. Extra Firm seats are £59 per seat per month. For larger teams, ask us about the Network plan.
Is Cleera FCA compliant?
Cleera records who did what and when: document sign-offs, form submissions, case updates, notes, and similar actions. Firms use that audit trail for FCA record-keeping, and it is there from day one.
My network requires me to use a specific platform. Can I still use Cleera?
Yes. Cleera works alongside the systems your network requires. We already support a number of integrations, and if we do not yet connect with your mandated platform, we are happy to discuss building a custom one.
