Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate will be applied at checkout.
What is the difference between Sole Trader and Solo Pro?
Sole Trader (£49/mo) covers the full case pipeline, client portal, documents, forms, and compliance audit trail. Solo Pro (£89/mo) adds e-signatures, client retention automation, the firm performance dashboard, and all AI tools — ideal for solo advisers who want automation without paying for multi-adviser seats.
What happens if I need more than 3 advisers on the Firm plan?
Additional adviser seats can be added to the Firm plan at £59 per seat per month. For larger firms or DA networks with unlimited adviser requirements, please contact us about the Network plan.
